Karen brings over 28 years of finance and accounting experience in the telecommunications and communications industries. Prior to joining Edge, Karen was Vice President and Controller, Broadcast Division at Harris Corporation, a leading communications company for the government and media sectors. Karen was responsible for financial reporting and results, strategy and key leader in sales operations. Karen was part of the executive team that led the eventual divestiture of the division to private equity.

Karen also served as Vice President Finance at Nortel Networks, Enterprise Division leading financial reporting and results, strategy and divestiture of the division. Prior to this role, Karen was Vice President Finance for the Nortel Networks North American Sales and Marketing Division, supporting the President in strategy, sales and sales operations.

Karen was also Assistant Controller at Nortel Networks Corporate Headquarters located in Brampton, Ontario. Karen oversaw quarterly and annual SEC filings, quarterly and annual Corporate reporting, internal controls as well as staffing technical accounting teams.

Karen has broad experience in financial planning and accounting, M&A, Corporate Reporting and Strategy. At Edge, Karen is responsible for finance, accounting, legal and contract administration. Karen has her CPA and MBA.
